While very casual, informal, and off the beaten path, it is likely the most amazing thing you will ever eat. Well worth the drive from San Juan. I'd walk the last mile if I had to. People were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Live music on the weekends, dancing, local festives, and all around a great time. Will be a must visit on our next trip to PR.

This place was awesome as was the whole area. It was Three Kings Day so the Pork Highway was mobbed. Pork, rice and beans, yucca, plantains, sausage and loads more. Beer and lots of live music in all the places on the strip. Fun time and delicious. This is worth the ride from San Juan. We will definitely be back next time we are on the Island.

They were so kind and patient with us, even though we arrived after closing. I'd definitely go again. The pork was delicious. We also enjoyed beans and yellow rice.

I love driving in the mountains of Puerto Rico and this was worth driving over an hour south for. I came on a Wednesday night, not crowded, but for very good and had some variety. Bar decent, and people friendly. Spanish only thou. Weekends have live music also.
